Stimulus funds drill wells while California water vanishes

Glad to see the absurdity of this finally get some coverage in today's AP story. I couldn't believe my eyes last summer when I saw federal funds going to drill deeper wells.

Jeff: I am currently Professor of Public Policy in the public policy programs at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Most of the posts on this blog were written when I was Executive Director of the Center for Business and Policy Research in the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific.
